Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted material being infringed.
- Details about the infringing material and how to locate it.
- Contact information of the complaining party.
- A statement verifying that the complaining party believes the use of the material is unauthorized.
- An acknowledgment that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored by following specified guidelines as per Section 512(g)(3) of the US Copyright Act.
Your counter notice should include your signature, description of the removed material, statement of good faith belief, contact details, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and monitor repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated as per DMCA requirements.
